We are Frome's award-winning independent bookshop.

You can find us on beautiful mediaeval Cheap Street - the only street in England with a leat running down the middle (make sure you don’t fall in!). With thousands of titles in stock, we offer an overnight ordering service for a further 500,000 more. We run author events, host a unique pre-publication book review club called the Proof Pudding Club, and love to support our local community wherever we can.

Saturdays 9.30am until 5pm
We are open from 10am until 4pm for The Frome Independent market (first Sunday of the month, March to December).
