A Six Month Ravenous for Books subscription.

The recipient will receive one hand-selected paperback book each month for a period of six months.

Each book will be thoughtfully chosen, and come beautifully wrapped with a personally written note.

Important details:

How will they be notified about their subscription?
Upon purchase of the subscription we will be in touch to ask whether you would like us to send the gift card (digitally or physically) to you as the purchaser or directly to the recipient.

How will books be delivered?
Books can be sent by post or collected from our Frome store (Winstone's Hunting Raven Books, 9-10 Cheap Street, Frome). For collection-only subscriptions of six months or above, recipients are eligible to receive a bonus book!

How do you go about choosing the books?
When the recipient is notified that they have been gifted a subscription, they will be asked to get in touch with us by email so we can send them a questionnaire. Once we receive the completed questionnaire we will get started on choosing their books!

What if they already have one of the books they receive?
Hopefully, the detailed information provided to us will minimise the chance of us choosing a title they may already have - and we endeavour to choose less well-known titles. If, however, they already have a copy of one of the books we send they can request an alternative. If they are local, they can simply come in and swap it. If they are in receipt of a postal subscription they will need to post the book back to us in perfect condition and we will send out an alternative.

Can I extend a subscription?
Yes. Simply purchase a new subscription online and when we get in touch with you notify us that this is an extension to the subscription. We will get in touch with the recipient to ask how we've been doing with their choices so far. If they have been collecting their books from our Frome store we will add the bonus book if the extension makes them eligible for one (see above).
