Ols talks about how he came to create the pop-up Circus Sauce kitchen and became part of the award-winning and much-loved Gifford’s Circus. With stories about being part of the troupe, to recipes and tips on foraging, Ols will be in conversation with Gill McLay who worked alongside Gifford’s late founder, Nell, on her own writing.
